I paint mostly watercolour with a semi abstract style, yet still contemporary or impressionist liking strong vivid colours in the composition.

A lot of my work comes from. the imagination, influenced by European architecture and surroundings. Figures especially animals feature frequently as I like to tell a story within the picture in a loose style. I'm a self taught artist and painted since I was 53 now I'm 64 and I'm still learning and evolving that's the beauty of creating, never to old. Absolutely hopeless though on anything techy. I have featured as a wild card on Sky TV’s landscape painter of the year at Compton Verney. I have also featured in my home towns festival of culture and currently exhibiting in the Dr3 autumn exhibition in Doncaster.
